Instructor

Josh Pancher

Josh serves on the Faith Family Church executive team, and he and his wife, Jillian, are the campus pastors for Faith Family Fairlawn. Prior to their move to the Fairlawn campus, Josh oversaw the generational ministries of Faith Family Church and Jillian served alongside him ministering to youth and young adults. Together they continue to oversee Love Is Red, Faith Family Church’s annual youth and young adult conference. The couple has been married for over ten years and they have two young sons, Jude and Weston.
